Fundraiser
Raising the needed funds that enable your organization to operate
can be difficult. Through out the year, we at CarLovers are approached
by numerous organizations seeking contributions to support their
financial needs. We help as many as possible, and we believe our
fund raising program will enable us to help even more.
We have developed
a program that allows you to raise money for your organization
while giving the community a service they can use. We have found
that this method of raising money is more readily accepted by
the general public than asking for a cash contribution.
We hope you consider our program as a future fund raising activity.

Step By Step
Process
- Decide
when you would like to do your fund raising program.
- Decide
how many *Tokenotes of each value you think you can sell. We
have found, on average, that each person sells five (5) *Tokenotes
of each value. If your organization is ambitious and thinks
it can sell more please feel free to order additional *Tokenotes
of any of the $5, $6, $7 and $8 washes.
· Example:
20 people selling 5 *Tokenotes of each service =
100 *Tokenotes of each service need to be ordered
- Call CarLovers
two weeks in advance with your order and receive a pick-up and
tour date.
- Arrange
with as many people in your organization who are selling to
attend the tour.
- Call CarLovers
to make final arrangements for your scheduled tour. CarLovers
will need to know the number of people attending the tour.
- Attend
the tour on your designated night, pick up your *Tokenotes,
and sign a simple contract.
- Sell, Sell,
Sell!!!
- Upon the
conclusion of the fundraiser you will meet with a CarLovers
representative to return any unused *Tokenotes and settle your
account. The amount of the remittance will be a predetermined
percentage of the funds raised.
CarLovers
requires that each and every organization participate in the
tour…even organizations that have participated in the
program before. Things change – equipment is constantly
being serviced and updated, services and procedures change,
etc. You are representing our company along with your organization.
The more everyone understands our operation, the easier it
is to sell the services, and the more successful your fundraiser
will be.
* The “Tokenote”
is a paper coupon that is inserted BLACK SIDE UP into the Laser
Wash Machine just like cash. You will receive a credit equal to
the “Tokenote” amount toward a carwash.
